The software is an equivalent of BIM (building information modelling) application with the specific aim of accelerating the process of volume housing projects. Our software allows the user to build up a library of house types and add them to the information rich model with just a few mouse clicks. With purpose-built tools the user can constantly modify, monitor, recollect and represent the data within this model. The model is held in a standard drawing file which makes it accessible to any CAD user.

 

HIM TOOLKIT™

 

Slider has developed a set of tools collectively know as the HIM TOOLKIT™. The tool kit is a plugin for Bentley MicroStation, converting it to a powerful application for housing architects and planners. There are tools to add custom data to drawing elements, distribute these elements in the model, count them and produce schedules of retrieved data. HIM TOOLKIT™ is developed by architects for architects.

The HIM TOOLKIT™ includes:

    * Tools to build house type libraries

    * Distribution tools to lay out housing

    * Road tools to create, manipulate and query road data

    * Area/region tools to establish site boundaries and to measure housing parameters within the area

    * Reporting tools to get the data out of the model

    * Presentation tools to change the visual representation of housing components
